Tell us the name of your accountancy firm, the email address your account uses, and what you were doing when it went wrong. That is usually enough to resolve it in the first reply rather than the third. If you are reporting a problem with a phone or tablet, adding the device and OS version helps.

Where to start
You use the app as a client of an accountancy firm
Your accountancy firm runs The Link and holds your records, so they are the fastest route for anything about your accounts, documents, deadlines or who can see what. For a problem with the app itself — it will not open, a sign-in link does not arrive, something looks wrong — email us and we will take it from there.
You work at a firm that uses The Link
Start with your own firm's administrator: they manage accounts, permissions and the settings behind most day-to-day questions. Anything they cannot resolve, send to us and name your firm so we can find it quickly.
You are evaluating The Link for your firm
That is a sales conversation rather than a support one, and it is a better use of your time on a call than over email.
